Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for any reason. You have 24 hours from placing
your order to cancel your order free of charge. If you decide to cancel
your order after the 24 hour period it will be considered a Return and
fall under our Return Policy.

    Returns and Exchanges

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your recliner.
    The following conditions must be met for us to be able to approve
    this return:

    • The recliner is in like-new condition without scratches or tears.

    • All paperwork, parts, and accessories are intact. 

    • Inform us of reason for the return.

    • Confirm the return fee of $250.


    You will need to keep the box your JPMedics chair arrived in or 
    an additional $250 charge will be added for a new box.

    You will need to place the package curbside for your pick up appointment 
    or a $445 non-refundable White Glove Pickup will apply.

    White glove pickup is available for an additional cost of $445.
    White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your
    home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box you kept, and then removing
    it from your home.

    Please note, the above return requirements make it so that the 30 day
    trial is possible with us.

    Return FAQ

    • How long do I have to return my purchase? 
      30 Days from the date of delivery. We do not accept any returns after the 30 day trial.
    • How do I return my item? 
      Contact us at sales@jpmedics.com and provide us with information about your chair and trial. We will help coordinate the return shipping.
    • How long does a return take? 
      Returns take 3-4 weeks.
    • When will I get my refund? 
      Once the returned item is picked up, a refund will be issued within 10 -15 days after pick up.
    • Do I need to keep the box?  
      Yes, in order to return your massage chair, you will need to keep the box your JPMedics massage chair arrived in. 
    • Please make sure that the white glove delivery service doesn't take the box with them when they install the chair.
    • What are the return conditions? 
      The JPMedics massage chair must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
    • Who will pick up my chair? 
      All items will be picked up using the freight carrier of JPMedics choosing.
    • How long does it take for the pickup? 
      The pick up for return normally happens within 7-10 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the JPMedics massage chair from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the carrier to make arrangements in order to return the JPMedics massage chair.
    • Do I need to pack my chair back into the box for the return? 
      Yes, for a free return, you must pack the chair back into the box the massage chair arrived in. 
    • Can you help me with packing the chair back into the box? 
      Yes, we offer white glove pick up. White glove pickup is available for a cost of $445. White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home. Please note: if you do not have the box, there will be an additional fee of $250 for the box and then $250 for white glove pickup.
